When I answer the phone it started ringing and a foriegn sounding guy answered

Mark as Useful At 1:05 pm central time, I received a phone call from this number. The caller ID showed the name of the company as "Service Update". I answered the call. It was a recorded message saying they could decrease my interest rate on my credit card. It asked me to press one to talk to someone about it. I did. When a woman asked me if I was interested in lowering my rate, I said I wanted to be taken off of their calling list. She slammed the phone down. Not just a simple hang up, I mean slammed it down. I tried to call back, but it says all lines are busy.
